This vintage Art Deco ruched pleated cream silk velvet flapper evening cloak cape dates from the 1920s. It is made of a cream color silk velvet fabric with ruched pleated gathering quilted details. This fabulous flapper evening cloak cape is a long full mid length, with a neck tie scarf sash collar, a velvet covered button closure at the neck and is fully lined. The cape measures 31 inches long and 16 inches across the back shoulders. It is in good condition, with only some slight soiling along the back neck collar (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of Art Deco wearable art!
