This antique Victorian era lace lavender floral cotton calico print wrapper robe morning dress dates from 1900. It is made of an off white cream color cotton calico print fabric with an olive green leaf and lavender floral pattern design. There is cream lace trim edging along the front side opening, bottom skirt hemline, neck collar and cuffs. This womens wrapper robe morning day dress is form fitting, a long floor length with pleated back drape skirt, high neck lace ruffle collar, gathered shoulders, long tapered mutton style sleeves, front side opening with hook closures and modesty panel insert camisole top with small breast pocket, front hook closures lining the inside bodice only. The dress measures 56 inches long, with a 32 inch bust, 24 inch waist, 40 inch hips, 24 inch long sleeves and 11 inch back shoulder seam. It is in good as-is condition, has not been laundered, with several small faint stains, a rust spot with frayed hole on the shoulder and some fraying along the lace trim edging (see close-ups). This is truly a wonderful piece of antique Victoriana textile art!
