It is made of a pink silk crepe de chine fabric with colorful pastel silk screen print flowers, leaves, waves of water and mountain designs.

This vintage Japanese geisha pink silk screen floral water waves kimono robe dates from the Showa Period 1950s. It is made of a pink silk crepe de chine fabric with colorful pastel silk screen print flowers, leaves, waves of water and mountain designs. This pretty pink Japanese geisha kimono robe has an open front with no closure, full kimono sleeves and is fully lined in a two tone pink and white silk fabric inside. The kimono measures 57 inches long, with a 40 inch chest, 40 inch waist and 19 inch long sleeves. It is in good as-is condition, has not been laundered, with a few small faint age spot stains on the inside lining, staining discoloration on front top opening and bottom (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable Japanese kimono textile art.
