This vintage Art Deco black silk tulle net sequin beaded evening gown flapper dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a black silk fabric underdress, with a sheer black tulle net overlay skirt, sleeves and black sequin beading covering the top. This fabulous flapper dress evening gown is a tea length, with a squared neckline, long sheer tulle net sleeves which flare out with sequin trim fitted cuffs, a sequin beaded sash, layered tiered skirt, is fully lined and has hook closures down the back. The dress measures 47 inches long, with a 34 inch bust and 32 inch waist. It is in good as-is condition, with some fraying along the bottom skirt hemlines, a few tiny holes in the tulle net fabric and some missing loose sequins. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable Art Deco textile art! $250 |
