This pair of antique Victorian era white canvas high top child's cycling sport boots date from 1900. They are made of a white canvas cotton fabric, with the original white shoe string lacing for closure. There are rounded point toes, low stacked cube heels and hard leather bottom soles. These charming children's sporting boots would have been worn for cycling, crochet or tennis. The boots measure 6 1/2 inches tall, 8 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide. They are in good condition, have been gently worn, with some faint yellowing discoloration and a small worn spot on the back of the heels (see close-up). These sporting activity sportswear boots are truly a rare and unique find.
