It is made of a blue silk velvet fabric, with gold metallic crewel chain stitching and soutache work outlining orange and blue chenille embroidered flowers. This fabulous flapper cloche hat has a form fitting skullcap style, with a ethnic Ottoman Turkish inspired design. The hat measures 22 inches inside crown circumference. It is in excellent wearable condition.
