This antique Victorian era natural straw orange blossom bridal bonnet hat dates from the 1870s. It is made of a tightly woven natural straw basket weave. There is decorative scalloped straw trim overlapping sides and off white silk orange blossom floral trim on the front. This beautiful bridal bonnet wedding hat has a tall toque style, is unlined, with original cloth label number 375 inside and is missing the ribbon ties for securing under the chin. The bonnet measures 6 inches tall and 22 inches inside circumference. It is in good wearable condition, with only a few missing small pieces of straw and trim from the bottom back. This would be wonderful bonnet for a large antique doll.
