This vintage Edwardian era olive green straw pink rose moire ribbon wide brim hat dates from 1918. It is made of a olive green dyed woven straw, with a watered wavy pink and beige silk moire ribbon trim hatband and front crown. There are two pink silk rose flowers trimming the side brim. This beautiful belle epoque early cloche style hat has an asymmetrical, uneven oval shape brim, with a wider front, narrow back and slightly rounded sides which come to a point. It is fully lined in white silk inside, with black velvet band which both have some fraying separation. The hat measures 22 inches inside crown circumference and is in excellent wearable condition.
