This antique Edwardian era white beaver felt fur ostrich feather pink berry hat dates from 1910. It is made of an off white plush beaver felt fur, with pale pink pastel ostrich feathers and strawberry trim. This lovely hat has a small uneven brim slightly upturned in the back, with a cotton lined crown which would have sat atop a full Gibson Girl style updo hairdo. The hat is a large size measuring 26 inches inside crown circumference. It is in good wearable condition, with only some color fading of the pink feather and berry trim. There is also some fraying of the silk covering the strawberries. This is truly a rare find in the wonderful white color! $200 |
