This vintage Keen Boston purple beaver felt fur ostrich feather wide brim hat dates from 1918. It is made of a dark purple sheared beaver felt fur fabric, with a pleated hatband and purple ostrich feather plumes on the back. This pretty purple hat has an early cloche style, with a wide uneven brim. The inside crown is fully lined in black silk, with a "Keen Boston" label. The hat is a large size measuring 23 inches inside crown circumference and 37 inches outside. It is in good wearable condition, with only some molting of the feather trim.
