This vintage Art Deco blue chenille gold lamé embroidered flapper cloche hat dates from the roaring 1920s. The hat is made of a varying shades of blue and brown silk chenille and gold metallic lamé embroidery work creating a Art Deco abstract floral leaf pattern design. This fabulous flapper cloche style hat is form fitting, with a brown velvet front brim trim. It is fully lined in a beige silk fabric inside. The hat measures 22 inches inside circumference. It is in good wearable condition, with only a few loose threads and some slight patina to the gold lamé thread. This is a wonderful piece of wearable Art Deco textile art!
