This vintage chartreuse lime green straw small skimmer boater cocktail tilt hat fascinator dates from 1940. It is made of a chartreuse lime green yellow woven straw, with a layered pleat ruffled brim and black velvet ribbon hatband bow. This unique whimsical miniature small skimmer boater style ladies doll hat fascinator cocktail hat tilts down the front and has a circular band on the back to hold in place. The hat measures 29 inches in circumference and 15 inches inside the crown. It is in good condition. This is truly a wonderful one of a kind piece of wearable millinery art!
