This antique Edwardian era woven natural straw tambour net lace wired wing floral wide brim hat dates from 1910. It is made of a woven natural straw basket weave, with a wired wing trim covered with an off white cotton net tambour embroidery lace. There are pale pink and lilac silk flowers trim. This pretty summer hat has a wide brim, upturned along the front and side, with a large unlined round crown. The hat measures 23 inches inside crown circumference. It is in as-is fair condition, with small stains on the straw brim, some soiling dingy dirty net lace and flower trim. This is still a wonderful piece of wearable millinery art!
