This vintage I Magnin & Co brown wool felt fall maple leaf flapper cloche hat dates from the roaring 1920s. The hat is made of brown wool felt fabric, with an off white cream color and brown wool felt applique maple leaf trim on the side. This fabulous fall flapper cloche style hat is form fitting, with an uneven asymmetrical slight brim, bow trim back. It is unlined and has a "I. Magnin & Co Importers" label sewn inside the sweatband. The hat measures 20 inches inside circumference. It is in good condition, with only a small moth nip hole on the back (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable Art Deco textile art!
