It is made of a navy blue silk grosgrain ribbed textured fabric, with pleated ribbon work details. There is a rosette trim on the side with an Italian micro mosaic brooch pin oval shaped with tiny flowers. This beautiful beret style ladies tam hat has a unique layering of ribbon work pleating. There is a "Eva Mae Hat of Distinction" designer label and size 22 tag sewn inside. The hat measures 22 inches inside crown circumference. It is in good condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable millinery art!
