This vintage sequin, pearl, rhinestone beaded tiara crown costume flapper headpiece dates from the 1940s. The headpiece is made of stiffened white satin fabric, covered with silver metallic sequins, pearls and rhinestone trimmings. This fabulous flapper Art Deco style showgirl dance costume headpiece has a diadem tiara crown style, with large pearl droplets fastened along the top and an elastic band on the back for securing on the back of the head. There is a "Pierre Uniforms America's Finest" label sewn inside. The headpiece crown measures 16 inches long and 3 inches high. It is in good condition, with some wear from use, missing a few pearls, sequins and rhinestones. This amazing headpiece is truly a beautiful one of a kind piece of wearable art!
