It is made of a navy blue silk crepe de chine fabric covering the base and white silk magnolia flowers trimming around it. This unique open crown fitted fascinator style cocktail hat sits atop the head. There is a "Rosa et Valentine 34, Place du Marche Saint-Honore Paris Opera 33-73" designer label sewn inside. The hat measures 23 inches in circumference. It is in good condition, with only a few tiny faint foxing age spot stains on the flower trim. This is truly a wonderful piece of quality made wearable millinery art!
