This antique vintage fraternal Freemasonry Masonic Past Grand Master red velvet gold trim cap hat dates from 1900. It is made of a dark red burgundy wine color plush velvet fabric with gold lamé braided trim edging and a gold metal laurel wreath crown medallion sewn onto the side. This fabulous Freemasonry fraternal society organization hat has a muffin top brimless toque regal style, with upturned rolled brim sides, gathering along the top and is fully lined in cotton with leather trim sweatband edging around the inside bottom. There is a "Past Grand" label sewn inside. The hat measures 20 inches inside circumference. It is in good condition, with only some soiling wear on the inside lining leather trim sweatband. This is a truly a wonderful piece of early Freemasonry Masonic textile art!
