This pair of antique Edwardian era unworn Harris Shoe Store black leather wool boots and box date from 1910. They are made of a dark gun metal gray color wool fabric upper boot and black leather bottom shoe, with black leather trim pin stripe accents. The boots have the original black shoe laces, rounded toes and stacked wooden spool heels. They are lined inside and stamped "Harris Shoe Store Dover, N.J." in embossed gold lettering. The boots measure 8 1/2 inches tall, 9 1/2 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide, with 3 inch high heels. These antique boots are difficult to size for today's foot but my guess would be about a size 5 narrow width. They come in the original shoe box from Harris Shoe Store in Dover, New Jersey and are stamped on the outside box a size 3D. The box has some wear and paper peeling. The shoes have never been worn and are old store stock in excellent clean wearable condition. These are beautiful quality made boots and a rare find in the original box.
