This pair of antique Edwardian era black leather jet beaded button strap evening dance shoes date from 1905. They are made of a black leather with black jet beading on the front vamps and instep straps. These beautiful beaded Mary Jane style shoes have three button beaded straps going across the instep for closure, with decorative cobweb beaded designs and a 2 inch high Louis XV French heel. The shoes measure 9 1/2 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide and are approximately a size 6 narrow width. They are in good condition, but have been worn, with some scuff nicks and creasing along the leather and there are a few beads missing.
