This pair of antique Edwardian era dark brown leather high button child baby boots date from 1918. They are made of a dark chocolate brown leather, with 4 brown buttons down the sides for closure. They have rounded flat toes, with decorative stitching and flat hard leather bottom soles. They are lined in linen and stamped inside "Patented Oct. 17, 1916 June 18, 1918". The shoes measure 3 1/2 inches tall, 5 1/2 inches long and 2 1/4 inches wide. These charming child's high top button infant baby boots have been gently worn, with some minor wear, leather creasing and are in good condition.
