This pair of unworn antique Victorian era women's black leather high top button boots date from 1900. They are made of a supple black leather, with decorative punch work trim across the front toes. The boots have pointed toes, 14 black shoe buttons along the side for closure and stacked wooden cube heels. They are stamped inside "John Gray Syracuse New York". The boots measure 10 1/2 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide, with 2 1/2 inch high heels. These antique boots are difficult to size for today's foot, but my guess would be about a US size 6 or 7 narrow width. They are in unworn excellent wearable condition, with only some slight fading along the side. These are truly a beautiful quality made antique boot!
