This pair of Edwardian era vintage Marshall Field Co. Chicago taupe gray suede button strap Mary Jane shoes date from 1915. They are made of a grayish brown taupe color soft suede leather. These charming womens Mary Jane style shoes have a double button strap closures across the front instep vamps, pointed toes and leather covered French Louis XV spool heels. They are stamped inside "Marshall Field Co. Chicago" The shoes measure 9 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide and have 2 1/2 inch high heels. My guess on size would be about a 6 narrow width. They have been gently worn and are in good condition. These are truly beautiful quality made shoe!
