Victorian Women's Navy Blue Leather High Top Button Boots This pair of antique Victorian era women's navy blue leather high top button boots date from 1890. They are made of a supple dark navy blue leather, with decorative ecru cream color stitching.

This pair of antique Victorian era women's navy blue leather high top button boots date from 1890. They are made of a supple dark navy blue leather, with decorative ecru cream color stitching. The boots have pointed toes, 15 navy blue shoe buttons along the side for closure, lined inside in a cream color leather and linen fabric, and have stacked wooden French spool heels. The boots measure 9 inches tall, 10 1/2 inches long, 3 inches wide, with 2 1/2 inch high heels. These antique boots are difficult to size for today's foot, but my guess would be about a US size 6 or 7 narrow width. They are gently worn and in good condition, with only the buttons having been moved over along the side. These are truly a beautiful quality made antique boot!
