This pair of antique Victorian era ecru beige leather high top lace-up boots Swope Shoe Co. date from 1900. They are made of a supple light brown ecru beige color leather. The boots have pointed toes, the original beige shoe string laces for closure and leather covered Louis XV French heels. They are stamped inside with a label from "Swope Shoe Co. St. Louis, Missouri". The boots measure 10 inches tall, 10 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide, with 2 1/2 inch high heels. These antique boots are difficult to size for today's foot, but my guess would be about a US size 6 or 7 narrow width. They are in good condition, gently worn, with some small scuffs marks, stains on the toes. These are truly a wonderful quality made antique boot!
