They are made of a light brown tan leather upper top, black patent leather front toes and decorative cutwork, punchwork designs on the side.

This pair of antique Victorian era Peters Sweetheart tan and black leather high button baby boots child's shoes date from 1900. They are made of a light brown tan leather upper top, black patent leather front toes and decorative cutwork, punchwork designs on the side. These charming child's high top button baby boots have squared toes, with 4 black shoe buttons down the sides for closure and soft suede leather bottom soles. The boots measure 3 inches tall, 5 inches long and are 2 inches wide. They come in the original shoe box marked "Peters Sweetheart Patent Cedar Top Button", missing the top lid. The shoes appear to have never been worn, but have a small chewed area on the back top of one shoe (see close-up). These are truly a quality made children's shoe which would be great for display!
