This pair of antique Victorian era black velvet pink silk lined high top button boots shoes dates from 1900. They are made of a black velvet fabric, with a black leather strip trim on the back. The boots have rounded toes, 14 black shoe buttons along the side for closure, stacked black wooden cube heels, lined in pink silk along the tops and linen lined, stamped inside size 36. The boots measure 9 inches tall, 10 inches long, 3 inches wide, with 2 inch high heels. These antique boots are difficult to size for today's foot, but my guess would be about a US size 6 or 7 narrow width. They are gently worn, in wearable condition, with only some fraying of the pink silk lining inside and there are 3 shoes buttons missing from one boot. These are truly a rare and beautiful quality made antique boot!
