This pair of vintage Edwardian era womens white canvas double button strap Mary Jane shoes date from 1915. They are made of an off white cotton canvas twill fabric. These womens Mary Jane style shoes have a double button strap closure across the front insteps, a white canvas bow trim on the vamps, rounded toes and a stacked wooden cube heel painted white. The shoes measure 10 inches long, 3 inches wide, with a 2 inch high heel and are stamped inside size 6 1/2. The shoes have some wear, paint loss on cube heels and staining, but are still in wearable condition. They could use a good cleaning. These are truly a rare quality made womens sportswear style shoe!
