This pair of vintage Art Deco brown leather decorative stitching T-strap flapper dance shoes date from the 1920s. They are made of a brown leather with decorative zigzag stitching designs along the edging. These beautiful brown Art Deco flapper style dance shoes have rounded toes with a metal tap on the bottoms, a T-strap adjustable side buckle closure across the instep and leather covered French Louis XV spool heels. The shoes measure 9 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide, with 2 inch high heels and are stamped inside size 3B and a "Comfort With Every Step Better Arch" label. They are in good gently worn condition, with only a few scuffs and the leather trim backing under the heel is lifting. These are truly a wonderful piece of quality made wearable Art Deco shoe art! $50 |
