This pair of unworn antique Edwardian era dark brown leather high top lace-up boots and shoe box date from 1910. They are made of a dark chocolate brown color leather with decorative punch work designs on the front toes and edging the shoe. These beautiful brown boots have the original brown shoe string laces for closure, pointed toes and stacked wooden cube heels. They come in the original shoe box covered with a wood grain graphics paper from "The Harris Shoe Store" in Dover, New Jersey and are stamped on the outside of the box a size 265, but are stamped inside the shoe a size 38. The boots measure 10 inches tall, 10 inches long, 3 inches wide, with 2 1/2 inch high heels. These antique boots are difficult to size for today's foot, but are approximately a US size 7 or 8 narrow width. They have never been worn, and are old store stock stored away in a basement of the store since 1910 and are in excellent wearable condition. The shoe box is in as-is condition with some wear, breaks, water damage to the outer cardboard paper. These are truly a wonderful piece of quality made antique boot shoe wearable art! $150 |
