This pair of unworn antique Edwardian era black wool cloth, leather lace-up boots date from 1910. They are made of black gun metal dark grayish color wool cloth fabric upper boot and black leather lower shoe with decorative punch work across the toes. These womens black boots have rounded toes, the original shoe string laces for closure down the front, black stacked wooden cube heels and a "The Harris Shoe Store Dover, New Jersey" embossed label stamped on the inside leather top lining. The boots measure 9 inches tall, 9 1/2 inches long, 2 3/4 inches wide, with a 2 1/4 inch high heel and are stamped inside a size 36 which they are approximately US size 6. They have never been worn, and are old store stock stored away in a basement of the store since 1910. The boots are in excellent wearable condition. These are truly a wonderful piece of quality made wearable shoe art! $100 |
