This pair of unworn antique Victorian era black leather high top lace-up French spool heel boots date from 1900. They are made of a black leather. These beautiful boots have rounded toes, the original black shoe string laces for closure and black stacked wooden French spool heels. They are lined in green silk around the tops and stamped inside "Albert J. Holzhauser Mt. Healthy, Ohio" label. The boots measure 9 inches tall, 9 1/2 inches long, 3 inches wide, with 2 1/2 inch high heels. These antique boots are difficult to size for today's foot and are approximately a US size 6 narrow width. They are old store stock, in unworn good wearable condition, with some scuffs on the leather from storage and a small piece of the tongue inside is torn. These are truly a wonderful piece of quality made wearable shoe art!
