This Edwardian era antique black swiss dot net burl wood handle parasol dates from 1910. It is made of a sheer black swiss dotted net fabric, with ruched gathering, a ruffle trim edging along the bottom and gathers scrunched along the top finial. There is a unique natural gnarled knotted burl wood handle and metal capped tip finial top. This pretty parasol umbrella is fully lined in black silk, with a black metal frame inside in fine working order. The parasol measures 38 inches long and 96 inches in circumference when opened. It is in excellent useable condition.
