This antique Edwardian era embroidered floral white linen parasol with a bamboo cane handle dates from 1910. It is made of a white linen fabric, with raised padded satin stitch embroidery work around the bottom and scalloped edging. There is an embroidered floral daisy design, a bamboo cane handle, gathered ruffle trim flounce around the wooden tip finial top and linen strap closure around the bottom. This sensational summertime sun parasol umbrella is in fine working order. The parasol measures 38 inches long and 112 inches in circumference when opened. It is in good useable condition, with only some faint age spot yellowing discoloration along the folds from storage.
