This vintage Parure de Mariee Butterfly wax flower bridal wedding tiara headpiece box dates from the 1920s. The tiara headpiece is made of off white cream color wax orange blossom flower droplets, velvet flowers attached to a white wrapped wired base headband, with tiny silver beads wrapped around the scalloped crown top. This beautiful bridal wreath wedding crown headpiece comes in the original box with delicate paper doilies inside and a 1920s era bride portrait with butterfly graphics on the outside box lid. It is from France with a "Parure de Mariee Butterfly" label. The box measures 11 1/2 by 8 inches and is in good condition, with only some faint age spots stains, nicks and dents. The headpiece is in unused condition and never removed from the box. This wonderful wedding bridal headpiece is a beautiful one of a kind piece of flapper bridal antique art! |
