It is made of an off white cream color pongee raw silk fabric with scalloped ruffle trim edging. There is a black ebony wood carved handle and folding shaft, with a marquis tilt top mechanism inside to keep the sun off your face and is unlined. The parasol measures 28 inches long extended, 16 inches long when folded and the fabric outside is 53 inches in circumference when opened up. It is in good working order condition, with only some slight fraying along the silk edging. This is truly a rare and wonderful antique Victoriana parasol!
