This antique Victorian era high collar white cotton batiste lace lawn graduation dress dates from 1900. It is made of a sheer fine white cotton batiste lawn fabric, with Valenciennes bobbin lace and crochet lace inserts. This lovely lace long floor length dress has a high collar neckline, long sleeves, with hook & eye closures down the back. It is sheer and unlined. The dress measures 60 inches long, with 38 inch hips, a 26 inch waist, 38 inch bust and 14 inch back. It is in good wearable condition, with some frayed pulls in the batiste along the back opening and a few tiny pin holes. This is a wonderful piece of wearable lace art which could be worn as a wedding gown or graduation dress!
