This vintage antique Edwardian era Japanese dragon embroidered black silk kimono robe coat dates from 1915. It is made of a black fine silk fabric, with colorful embroidery work and raised padded satin stitch dragons with smoke clouds. This killer kimono robe style surcoat is a long floor length, loose fitting, with a V front neckline, long full sleeves, decorative white stitching trim edging, black silk knotted button toggle closures down the front and is fully lined. The robe measures 50 inches long, with 46 inch hips, a 46 inch waist, 46 inch bust and 24 inch sleeve cuff circumference. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable Japanese Asian textile art!
