Unworn Victorian Dark Brown Leather High Top Lace-up Boots. Tweet

This pair of unworn antique Victorian era dark brown leather high top lace-up boots date from 1900. They are made of dark chocolate brown leather, with decorative punch work designs across the front toes. The boots have brown shoe laces, slightly rounded pointed toes and stacked wooden cube heels. They are lined inside in leather and linen and stamped on the bottom soles with the makers mark (see close-up). The boots measure 10 inches long, 2 3/4 inches wide, with 1 inch high heels. These antique boots are difficult to size for today's foot but my guess would be about a size 6 or 7 narrow width. They appear to have never been worn, with only some slight scuffs from storage. These are beautiful quality made boots!
