This pair of vintage Sage Allen Co Hartford Art Deco black suede leather shoes date from the 1930s. They are made of a two tone of black suede and black leather, with decorative Art Deco style snake skin applique trim accents on the front vamps instep. These lovely ladies shoes have a slipper slip on style and black leather covered modified boulevard high heels. They have a "Sage-Allen Co Hartford, Conn." label stamped inside and original price tag of $8.50. The shoes are marked inside a size 5 B and measure 9 1/2 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide, with 3 inch high heels. They have been gently worn and are in good condition. These are truly a wonderful piece of wearable Art Deco shoe art!
