It is made of a bright yellow hand embroidered needlepoint work with a colorful decorative pattern border edging, red roses, white lilies and the Sacred Heart of Jesus motif. There is gold metallic bullion fringe trim along the bottom edging and on one side. This religious Roman Catholic church altar cloth valance banner half has a cotton canvas top trim, backed and lined in a sheer cotton muslin fabric. The textile measures 36 inches long, 8 inches wide, with 1 inch gold bullion fringe trim. It is in good as-is condition, with age spot stains along the top canvas border trim, some missing needlepoint stitches in areas along the top, bottom and some frayed holes on the muslin fabric backing (see close-ups). This is truly a wonderful piece of antique religious Sacred Heart textile art!
